Assured & Associates Personal Care specializes in providing skilled nursing care for patients that have suffered brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, such as paraplegia and quadriplegia, stroke patients, cancer patients, burn patients as well as those needing wound care or trach care.
We have been providing home health care services since 2002.
Our nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. We also have an on-call nurse available 24 hours a day.
We accept private pay for patients paying out of pocket, Worker's Compensation, and Medicaid.
Caregivers are Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Assured & Associates provides monthly skills and competency training sessions. Our Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance Program requires caregivers to complete in-service training, as well as maintaining the required amount of continuing education units to keep their licenses current and valid.
